Bethany often spices her sessions with techniques from multiple modalities, bringing to bear her lifetime of continuous learning. She first studied hands-on healing at the Downeast School of Massage in Maine, and she has accrued a stack of certifications since. She is a certified Doula, Ayurvedic counselor, prenatal massage therapist, and Thai therapist, with thousands of hours in unique schools of massage. Among her numerous certifications, she is especially proud of her time in Hawaii studying Sacred Temple style Lomilomi, and she is one of only a handful of practitioners of this exclusive school in the Western United States.
